We are recruiting enthusiastic Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis and Lancing. Whether you’re looking for one day a week or full-time supply, we have opportunities to suit your availability.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will step into the classroom and deliver engaging lessons using the plans provided by the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain motivated and continue to make progress in a positive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering lessons in line with the teacher’s planning.
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Marking work completed during the day in accordance with the school’s marking policy, signing all marking as “Supply Teacher” for Ofsted and school records.
• Leaving the classroom tidy and organised at the end of the day.
• Providing a clear handover for the class teacher, including lesson coverage, pupil progress, behaviour, and any important information from the day.
• Following all school safeguarding and health & safety procedures.

We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
