Masterclass Education is currently seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Chichester and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers looking for flexible work while gaining experience in a range of school settings.
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, and ensure pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the school day. Opportunities are available across the primary age range, covering day-to-day supply, short-term absences, and longer-term placements.
This role is ideal for experienced teachers seeking flexibility and work-life balance, as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to broaden their classroom experience, build confidence, and develop their teaching skills across different educational settings.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Be adaptable, confident, and able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Demonstrate effective classroom management and strong communication skills
- Be passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences
