Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support (Mainstream Primary School)
Location: Arundel
Role Type: 8:45-3:15 | Monday-Friday | Term time only
Pay: £80– £86 per day (depending on experience)

Masterclass Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs in a friendly mainstream primary school.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs
- Support learning, engagement, and emotional regulation in the classroom
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and support staff
- Implement strategies to support behaviour and learning
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or SEN (desirable but not essential)
- Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
