Masterclass Education is delighted to be working with a lovely primary school in Chichester to recruit an enthusiastic Year 3/4 Teacher for a full-time position starting in September.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a mixed Year 3/4 class, helping pupils build confidence and independence as they progress through Key Stage 2. The school is looking for someone who can bring learning to life, create engaging lessons, and encourage children to become curious, resilient, and enthusiastic learners.
You’ll have the support of an experienced staff team who work closely together to share ideas, celebrate success, and ensure every child receives the best possible education.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, enabling everyone to achieve their potential.
- Monitor progress through effective assessment and provide constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally in Years 3 or 4, although strong ECTs are welcome to apply.
- Is creative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences.
- Has excellent classroom management skills and high expectations for every pupil.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative school team.
